A book by Suzanne Sommers called “Ageless” turned me on to hormone therapy. I had been suffering for 2 years from microscopic colitis ever since receiving my second Covid 19 shot.
One week into the Hormone Therapy program, that colitis went away. As we age our hormones get out of balance. This is true for both men and women. It takes the analysis of an endocrinologist usually over several months to correct the imbalance.
Health Insurance usually doesn’t cover it. It can cost several thousand dollars. But what is your health worth?
The company I use is Renew Youth. (They don’t pay me or give me a discount) But if they want to, I won’t refuse.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
What is Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)?
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), a specialized medicine, helps to balance your hormones and optimize your health as you age. Bioidentical hormones come from plants and are engineered to replicate the hormones your body makes. They are able to mimic the hormones your body produces, so it shouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Bioidentical hormones can correct your hormone levels without the health risks that synthetic hormones pose.
How Does BHRT Treatment Work?
The consultation is the first step in your journey. They will examine your symptoms and listen to your concerns. Then, they'll perform tests to determine if you are eligible for treatment.
Once they have confirmed that this therapy is for you, they will create your treatment plan and select the delivery method that suits your needs best. We will schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress over time.
If you have any questions regarding your treatment or results, they'll be there.
Is BHRT Treatment Safe?
It is completely safe to use bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. This treatment can balance hormones and protect the body against health problems and diseases that are associated with hormonal deficiencies. It can help alleviate menopausal symptoms, and prevent osteoporosis.
What are the benefits of BHRT?
Lower risk of osteoporosis, and higher bone density
Reduce Vaginal dryness and hot flashes
Better maintenance of muscle mass, strength, and endurance
Lower risk of developing heart disease through improved cholesterol levels
Lower risk of breast cancer and endometrial carcinoma
Reduce the chance of depression
Better sleep
Improved mood, concentration, and memory
Improved libido
Lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease
Energy levels are improved
