anti-aging routine summary

Up to now, I've recorded videos that discuss some aspect of staying younger.


Today's video is about putting the whole thing into a practical schedule.


After sleeping 8 to 9 hours with at least the first hour on an infra-red matt, wake up and drink an 8-ounce glass of water. Eat an apple.


Have hot unsweetened cocoa powder in coconut milk.


Spend 10 minutes massaging your legs and arms, using a vibrator or your thumbs.


Spend 30 minutes stretching (see other Methuselah Proposition videos for directions)


On 3 alternate days/ week run wind sprints.


On 3 alternative days per week play tennis. 1 set for singles or 2 of 3 for doubles.


On 2 separated days left weights or use a resistance band.


On 2 times per week on non-tennis days go swimming using crawl, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke.


Each day after exercise do EWOT and then sauna.


Eat breakfast (see Methuselah Proposition video on what to eat for breakfast)


Take supplements (see video on supplements) with coconut yogurt.


Drink an 8-ounce glass of water with electrolyte.


Take a 30-minute nap.


Have fruits, vegetables, and fish for protein for lunch.


Have fruits, vegetables, and turkey for dinner.


Space your meals by at least 5 hours.


Once / week schedule and acupuncture session,


A chiropractic adjustment and a 1-hour float.


The older you get the more you need this routine to slow down or even stop the aging process.
